When Zombies Attack

Thanks to booya on this one. We posted something about American Zombie, the zombie mockumentary by Grace Lee and he came up with his own short zombie mock documentary find, When Zombies Attack.

When Zombies Attack "follows heroic officer Frank Hadely of the Post Mortem Animation Control (P.M.A.C.) as he strives to protect and serve the citizens of Burke County while investigating and ridding the community of the ever present threat of the undead."

Meh, this is not zombies, but I found it funny enough to post.

Just Z it

You might have noticed that the last few days I have stopped using Youtube clips. I am not saying that I will not add more movies from Youtube, but I have found out about revver, which essentially gives back to the people who produce the clips. I believe that people should get pay for what they do - I am sorry, I wish I could, but I can't live on passion, can you? - so there will be more and more revver clips and less and less Youtube clips.

I don't know what google's plans are for Youtube - to tell you the truth, I don't know what they were thinking either -, maybe they are preparing something similar, but they might have gained more by exploring the market better and absorb the revver platform rather than the youtube platform. It gives back to the people who produce, and that I see with a favorable eye. I am sure I am not the only one.

Today, I feel like zombie humor again. Mocking those "Just do it" ads.

Couple of Fido Clips

Horror-movies.ca has gotten its hands on a couple of zombie clips. As a reminder to the crazy canucks, Fido's release in Canada will be March 16, 2007. The US release is slated for June 15, 2007. One of the trailers has been released for a while and we had a discussion about it on bloodee. The Fido clips below however are new to me.

Foreign Zombies Night 1

Been surfing for my poison since zombiezoo posted a Japanese Pocky (ポッキー, pokkii?) ad featuring some dancing zombies. The ad is funny and launched me on a quest for some foreign zombies.

I had already posted about Plaga Zombie (Zombie Plague) a while back before the ressurection. Here it is in case you missed it. (Its in Spanish)

Guess what? They have a sequel: Plaga zombie zona mutante. The budget seems even lower than the first instalment if that is possible, but if it is as entertaining as the first version... It should do... See the zombie clip/trailer for Plagua zombie zona mutante below.

ZNN - Zombie News Network and Stink of Flesh

Time for an update. Today I found a new zombie blog written by zombiefreak from zombiefriends. He also happens to be Canadian, which makes him another crazy Canuck, like me. Zombiefreak's find is a zombie humor clip: zombie news network.

And this is my find: Stink of Flesh. This one passed under my nose but I didn't smell it until yesterday. Gore, action, I really never ask for more and it has gotten good reviews on IMDB too. Love the trailer's ending: "That's what happens when you go for a Sunday drive ina world full of flesh-eating corpses". Cool hicks.
